Shamika L. Brown is a passionate educator, consultant, and visionary leader with over a decade of hands-on experience in Early Childhood Education. Holding a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Administrative Management and Leadership, Shamika is committed to transforming the way educators, families, and communities approach early learning.

Throughout her career, Shamika has worked with numerous childcare centers, where she developed and implemented high-quality educational programs that support both children’s development and educator growth. Her extensive knowledge is not only grounded in academic expertise but also enriched by real-world experience—she is the proud parent of eight children, giving her a unique, heartfelt perspective on what it truly means to nurture, guide, and inspire.

In 2021, Shamika was honored with the NAEYC Spotlight Award, a prestigious recognition of her impact in the field. She has also been nominated multiple times for Who’s Who in Education, further establishing her as a respected voice and advocate for excellence in early childhood development.
